We provide the following privacy statement issued by IC Partners Job Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), necessary to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The information below will help you understand:

• which entities process your data and how to contact them;
• how and why your data is analyzed.

IC Partners Job Sp. z o.o. processes your data for legal purposes and is considered the data controller. As such, it is responsible for ensuring the implementation of appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your data. The Company is located at Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2a, 00-030 Warsaw, Poland.

The person responsible for data processing (Data Officer), designated to cooperate with the data controller in applying protective measures, is appointed pro-tempore at the Company’s branches or central administration.

Additionally, the Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) tasked with ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Data Processing Information

All personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The Company undertakes to process data fairly, lawfully, and transparently, collecting and using it only as necessary for the permitted purposes and ensuring confidentiality of the provided information.

The Company collects, records, consults, and generally processes your personal and identification data, such as name, surname, address, phone number, and email, exclusively as necessary to fulfill contractual purposes with the Company.

The Company may use your data to:

• comply with civil, tax, EU, or regulatory obligations (e.g., tax inspections, anti-money laundering);
• ensure proper legal, technical, and economic management of the contract;
• assert or defend its rights before courts, administrative authorities, or in arbitration/mediation proceedings, as permitted by law or EU regulations.

Processing of the above data is necessary for contract execution; refusal to provide consent will prevent establishing a contractual relationship.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be stored until the contract ends and subsequently for 10 years (the limitation period for contract-related claims).

Data Transfer and Access

The Company may transfer your personal data to the following parties without further consent:

• companies within the IC Partners Job Group, including those outside the EU, for control and personnel management;
• third parties (specialized companies, consultants, insurance companies) providing outsourced services for the data controller;
• judicial authorities or insurance companies as required by law.

These parties will process the data as independent data controllers.

Your Rights

The Company guarantees your ability to:

• obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of your personal data and a readable copy;
• update, correct, or complete your data;
• request deletion or anonymization of data, as permitted by law;
• object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons;
• restrict processing in case of disputes or requests for correction;
• request data portability for electronically processed data provided based on consent or contract;
• withdraw consent for data processing at any time, if previously given.

The Company must respond within one month, except for complex cases which may take up to 3 months, providing reasons for any delay. Responses will be provided in writing or electronically. For rectification, deletion, or restriction requests, the Company will notify recipients of your data unless impossible or disproportionate.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. The Company may charge a fee for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests and maintains a register to monitor such requests.
